Swallowing replies,

Undigested,

Which burp

Acidic remarks,

To add to

The health of

Sick research,

That turns

Guides and Examiners

Into live hammers,

Wild and ravaging,

Tough "Masters"

Of weakened "Disciples",

More busy in

Crushing and pounding

"Ego" and "Alter ego"

Of Researcher

Than ensuring

Systematic detailed

Research work.

Once got

The brilliant idea

Of preparing

Pickle out of

The original documents

Of his employees.

Wow !!

What a variety

Of ingredients !!

And what prospects

Of domination !!

He planned

And implemented

“Collection” of

The ingredients

For verification

By affiliated organization,

And among confusions

And whispering apprehensions,

The piles of ingredients

Got stocked and stacked

For processing ….

And on goes

The making of

Continuously yielding

Delicious preparation –

Sorting, cutting, chopping ….

Of enthusiasm and motivation,

Of futures and careers ….

Adding suspense

For “discipline”,

Collecting helplessness

For performance ….

Such efforts !!

To serve

Intelligently groomed

Engineers and future technocrats

Fed with such

Deliciously prepared

Indigenous Pickle

To the progress of

A swiftly developing

Smart society.
